I agree the alpha does not like to follow other tracks. Its the nature of the one rail alpha design. Check and maintain your track tension, it needs to be on the tight side but not to. Ok, bought a used reverse case and after a bit of figure it out reverse engineering, got it installed. Sled goes forward fine, but when you put it into reverse you can feel it. I have an 19 alpha that started having that problem this year. It’s looses all compression once it’s rolled and you have to pump the brake once it’s upright to get your.
